Awardable has always featured a robust set of Web3 capabilities. In fact, our very first iteration was Web3 only and required an Ethereum Wallet to use. Since then, we’ve evolved into a platform that offers both on and off-chain features, making it accessible and valuable to users regardless of their blockchain experience.
Badges as NFTs
All Badges on Awardable can be minted onto the collector’s choice of seven chains, including L2s and sidechains. All supported chains are EVM/Ethereum-based, which simplifies maintenance. Since all the contracts are identical, upgrades can be done en masse to avoid fragmentation issues.

Badge NFTs are ERC 1155s, fully interactive, and viewable on any NFT marketplace that supports the network they are minted on. This interoperability ensures that your NFTs remain versatile and accessible across multiple platforms.
How to Mint
Minting on Awardable is easy and free for all users, aside from network/gas fees. Here’s how to do it:
- Connect Your Wallet: Go to the connected accounts menu and connect your wallet.
- Access Web3 Features: Once your wallet is connected, you’ll have access to Awardable’s Web3 features.
- Mint Your Badge: Any Badge you’ve collected will show a new three-icon option next to its settings. Click the three-icon to open the chain selection menu.
- Select Your Chain: Choose your preferred chain, confirm the transaction, and the NFT will appear in your wallet.
This simple process makes it easy for anyone to start minting NFTs on Awardable.
Other Details
Unlike Solana Points, Awardable owns and maintains the NFT contracts, allowing us to upgrade and add new features as needed. Once you’ve minted a Badge, you own that NFT forever, or until you transfer it out of your wallet. Awardable cannot access or move the NFT once it’s in your wallet, ensuring you have complete ownership and control.
There are no commissions or royalties enforced on the NFT contracts. If you wish to support the original creator, we suggest contacting them directly. Additionally, you do not need a Pro account to mint Badge NFTs, making this feature accessible to all users.
